Iphone wont turn on

Long story short My screen is all black and wont turn on. This happens often and usually I just force to restart it and immediately the apple logo pops up and it's back to normal, except not today. It won't turn on and I've tried forcing to restart multiple times and not even an apple logo will pop up. I also read to leave it charging up to an hour but not even so it will turn on. When it's plugged into the charger I hear constant noises as if the charger is being plugged and unplugged but still nothing on the screen. It's been a good 5 hours. It's an Iphone 5c btw.
